[Before 1400 DMT.]

On our Scientology Ops page we've webbed a set of OSA "Swearinger
Invest" documents that were authenticated by Vicki Aznaran.
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/scientology-ops- docs.html#swearinger

These few pages are perhaps a billionth of the amount of intelligence
material Scientology has amassed, but they provide a useful insight
into its intel ops, and validate what Los Angeles Superior Court Judge
Ronald Swearinger stated that he believed the cult was doing.

The documents relate to an "investigation" of William Swearinger, the
son of Judge Swearinger, who presided over the 1986 trial of Lawrence
Wollersheim v. Scientology, LASC case no. C332027.

Vicki authenticated the documents in a declaration that she executed
June 29, 1993 and which was filed in support of Wollersheim's
successful SLAPP special motion to strike in Scientology v.
Wollersheim, LA SC No. BC074815.

[Quote]

3. During the 1984-87 period, Scientology operated a number of "dirty
tricks" operations out of the office of Special Affairs (OSA),
including one called MFTC (for "Mission Find The Crimes") and the
"WOLLY" unit (which targeted Lawrence Wollersheim, his attorneys, and
his case). The orders for these operations would go directly from OSA
to private investigators, although Scientology deceitfully tries to
cloak such operations under "attorney-client privilege".

4. MFTC and the WOLLY unit each had about 8-10 staff, and engaged in
whatever dirty tricks were necessary to attack people and entities
which were considered to be "enemies" of Scientology. The dirty tricks
they used included destruction of evidence, theft of documents,
illegal surveillance or bugging, blackmail, bribery, physical assault
and other intimidation, securing perjured testimony. MFTC's mssion was
to find or manufacture crimes for "enemies" of Scientology.

5. Before and during the trial in Wollersheim v Church of Scientology
of California, MFTC and WOLLY ran a number of operations directed
against Wollersheim, his counsel, and the Court. One of these
operations was an attempt to put pressure on Bill Swearinger, the son
of the trial judge in the Wollersheim case, based on his alleged
homosexuality. The idea was to dig up, or manufacture (perhaps by
setting the son up in a compromising sexual position with a minor
boy), dirt on the son which could be used to pressure the Judge to
rule favorably for Scientology, or else to get the Judge disqualified.

6. Attached as Exhibit A is a true copy of an internal Scientology
memorandum, dated 6/21/86, which discusses this "Swearinger
Investigation
". I received a hard copy of this document at about that
time, and I believe I also received a copy of this document on my
computer. The Linda referred to on the first page is Linda Hamil, who
at the time ran the MFTC. The Marty referred to on the first page is
Marty Rathbun, a top Scientology "intelligence" official, who ran this
operation.

7. Scientology's "ambush interview", discussed in Exhibit A, makes the
Mike Wallace/60 Minutes interview called by the same name look tame.
The "ambush interview" generally involves doing
whatever it takes -- threats, physical force, bribery, or whatever --
to get an unprepared and unsuspecting target to say what is wanted.

Wollersheim's motion to strike Scientology's complaint was successful,
and upheld on appeal
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/legal/wollersheim/42cal.app.4th.628.html

Vicki also mentions in deposition the cult took on May 9, 1989 that
she told the FBI about the operation against the Swearingers.

[Quote]

Q. And what did you tell the FBI about the first judge on the
Wollersheim case?

A. Well, supposedly he had a son who was homosexual, and there was
some -- some operation with the son's boyfriend, which was brought up
to the Judge in order to try to get rid of that Judge, if --

Q. Do you recall any more --

A. I believe that's what I told him, the drift of it, anyway.

Note the Judge's son Bill Swearinger's reaction to the cult's
operation:

[Quote]

A definite impingement was made from the actions taken --
Bill Swearinger phoned Tim Bowles at 4:45 today and said the
following:

that Al Bei of Ingram investigations was asking his neighbors
and his clients questions about the veracity of Royce Walker, was
very upset, and said he wants it to stop immediately. He wants to
end cycle on this escapade on his knowledge of the Judge's
prejudice "once and for all".
.....

He said that if we can't come to an immediate resolution on
this, is he going to take "self-help". He specificaly mentioned
buying a gun

[End Quote]

Note the cult's "next action" in response to Bill Swearinger's
reaction:

[Quote]

Have the confrontation with Swearinger and get him to tell the truth
about this matter. If he insists he is being truthful, have him drag
in Royce to confess, and Francovich can be there too.

[End Quote]
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-invest-1986-06-21.html

Here, during the Wollersheim trial in front of Judge Swearinger, as a
result of the cult's dirty op, the Judge's son, very upset, calls
Scientology lawyer Timothy Bowles, pleads to have the cult stop it
immediately, and says he's going to buy a gun, presumably for
manslaughter or suicide. The cult celebrates the "definite
impingement," and continues the op.

Scientology's dirty tricks department is willing and enthusiastic to
drive a judge's son to murder or suicide. Just how believable is it
that they wouldn't drown the judge's dog or slash his tires?

Note the reference to and target for Caryl Warner.

[Quote]

It was found that Caryl Warner does still practice law and works
out of 6922 Hollywood - Suite 500 - a full schedule every day. However
a check made on Thursday revealed that he was out until Monday so no
pretext interview has yet been done.
.....
Pull down Caryl Warner string through pretext interview.
.....
Pull down strings on any possible relationship between Swearinger
and Caryl Warner (work in same suite though different offices) -
through
pretext interview.

[End Quote]
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-invest-1986-06-21.html

Caryl Warner was Sara Northrup Hubbard's attorney during her divorce
from Hubbard in 1951.

Note the plant or informer the cult has in the Superior Court during
the Wollersheim trial. Presumably the court reporter being targeted is
in Judge Swearinger's Courtroom.

[Quote]

The line to the secretary to get further data from the court
reporter ran into a logisitics snag and will need to be done Monday.
.....

Use secretary resource who has a good line already to the court
reporters to find out anything further on the cash payment cycle, i.e.
was the judge irritated, who else may have been there, etc.

[End quote]

Note the typical Scientological identification of their targets by
sexual orientation.

[Quote]

Find out where Casey Klinger was the weekend 9 - 10 - 11 May, i.e.
whether he was in Palm Springs or not. (pretext has been worked out to
get this.) If in Palm Springs, get identity of the two fags they were
with.

[End Quote]

The "ODC I/C" on the report of Ingram's interview of Casey Lee Klinger
and Michael Rominello is the Overt Data Collection In-Charge.
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-ingram-int-1986-06- 22.html
There will also be a Covert Data Collection operation paralleling this
ODC.

Note the cult's use of a PI in New York to call Rominello in LA as
part of this op.

[Quote]

that Rominello had gotten a call from someone in NY asking about
whether Royce was invovled in Porno films, and that Rominello called
back and the firm had never heard of the person who'd called. (This
was a PI call.) (That also came up in the Royce Walker depo.)

[End Quote]

Note the "Mlv, Mo" on these four ODC reports:
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-embinder-1986-05-16.html
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-klinger-1986-05-16.html
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-varsity-1986-05-16.html
http://www.gerryarmstrong.org/50grand/cult/swearinger-tomar-lampert-1986-06- 05.html

Is there any chance this is not the Mo who was one of the Eleven
Stooges in Hubbard's production of Operation Snow White?
