It's even funnier. We were both born in the same hospital in the same
little town, Chilliwack, British Columbia, but didn't know this, and
didn't know each other until late 2001. And when Caroline finally
shows up after twenty thousand years she has the initials "CL."
Well,
what are the odds? But if God isn't a Sense of Humor, He wouldn't have
made piggies fly.

And speaking of pig birds, taking into account your sentiments about
El Presidente, and meditating on this being his country's big day,

I must admit I had some trouble with "Zeitläufte." It wasn't
in Leo.
http://dict.leo.org/
Nor in Babelfish. http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/tr
Nor in my big Langenscheidts Handwörterbuch.
It shows up as the banner of some journal, and as a composition for
clarinets, bassoon, horn, trombone and 2 pianos by Konrad Boehmer, but
these didn't provide much of a clue as to the word's meaning.
I was a little desperate, as you can imagine, to get my research hat
on squarely before I attempted to respond to your post. In case, to
see if I was awake or to test my scrupulousness, you'd written
something like the fairie clock-keepers were regularly producing a
great many rather naive souls.
But finally split the word into its parts, and then checked with a
German good friend, who said that you meant that each period of
history brings the same phenomenon, a great number of naive souls. And
that does appear to me to be true. I would say, however, that in each
period of history a great number of unnaive souls appear as well. And
I think there has been a steady progression of wisdom paralleling the
ascendance, and even the apparent transcendance, of money, which, if
understood, is so close to stupidity as to be wisdom's opposite.

I'll take a chance and send you to OUR Page (R) for an idea. The
stupid and pretended stupid can mock up some insignificant anticipated
unnecessary resistance. But even for them, the work is free.

Thank you for your reasoned comments and your overcoming of not
unknown obstacles to answer. I looked over a bit of your posting
history, and see that you've prowled around inside Hubbard's mind. You
might appreciate then his "Admissions" from about 1947, the Zeitraum
in the Zeitläufte when he was conjuring up what would become Dianetics
and Scientology.
