Dear Ms. Parker:
The last Fed Ex I received from your office was the one sent March 17,
2004, the motion to strike my declaration in support of my opposition to
Scientology's summary judgment motion.
Mr. Wilson appears, by the electronic copy, to have executed that
particular proof of service, for the missing settlement conference
statement, so you can rest assured it wasn't your fault.
Apparently he said in court yesterday that he had not received the
statement I had e-mailed him, so could you take a look under his computer
and see if perhaps my e-mail slipped off a drive or something and is lying
on his floor.

Yes, I did this on March 25, 2004. I forwarded you the e-mail and
attachment sent to Mr. Wilson. There is no reason I can think of you
haven't received the Express mailed copy.
