Affidavit of Gerry Armstrong
Re: Fair Game
1. I saw the Ethics Order, attached hereto as Exhibit [A], while in the Sea Organization in Scientology.
2. I also saw the identical Ethics order, including L. Ron Hubbard's signature, published in Scientology's newspaper, "The Auditor." The edition containing this Ethics Order was located in L. Ron Hubbard's archives, which I was in charge of in 1980 and 1981.
3. I am personally aware that the term "Fair Game" directed toward the 12 named people on this Ethics Order meant that because they possessed the "Upper Level Materials" they could"be deprived of property or injured by any means by any Scientologist without any discipline of the Scientologist. May be tricked, sued or lied to or destroyed."
4. I have personal knowledge that "Auditing Process R2-45" to be used on the 12 named people meant that they were to be killed if contacted.
I declare under the pains and penalties of perjury under the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
Executed this 7th day of November, 1985 at Boston, Massachusetts.
