Dear Mr. Wilson:
I have not received the summary judgment motion that you stated on August 29
you would send
to me by e-mail.
I have not received the hard copy of that motion that you stated you would
file that day.
I have not received a copy of the Court's order of August 29 that Judge Duryee
ordered be
served on me.
I have not even received your Case Management Conference Statement that you
stated was
mailed to me on August 22.
You have not responded to my last four e-mail letters in which I advised you
that I had not
received the documents you had stated you had either already sent or would send.
As you know, and as I have stated many times, your client is committing continuous
crimes
against me in violation of U.S. Federal law. As you know, you yourself are a willing
participant in those criminal activities. Has your cult client told you to not
forward me
documents and not communicate with me? Don't you suspect, as I must, that to extricate
themselves from the situation they've created, where their crimes are being shown
daily to
the world, they will have me obliterated? I put no crime beyond David Miscavige
and the
thugs who work for him. Are you hoping to escape more than postage if Miscavige
has me
obliterated?
Why don't you either send me the documents you promised to send, or tell me
that your
clients want to end the prosecution of their unlawful case and orders against
me, to stop
their unlawful efforts to silence me, and to settle this matter rationally and
once and for
all.
Have you read my response of yesterday to your cult client's opening of its
"human rights"
office in Brussels?
