By the way, litigation is often a cover for something much more nefarious.
The spin is: "Why would we assassinate Armstrong when we had just filed a motion to get his ass in court?" So keep that in mind as Miscavige makes his moves in the Scientology v. Armstrong war.

Also by the way, tomorrow, August 2 will mark the 25th anniversary of Scientology's litigation campaign against me. These are the webbed documents in the case. I don't have a copy of the cult's August 2, 1982 complaint.

Your proof of service for your motion states that you e-mailed your moving papers to me July 26, 2007. You don't mention this in your e-mail letter I received yesterday, and I received no e-mail message or documents from you on July 26, or thereafter until yesterday. I find it highly unlikely that you did e-mail me, and highly likely that your proof of service, which you signed, is knowingly false.

I am aware of your client's addiction to using the law to harass, and I am aware of your client's and your personal penchant for litigation chicanery and, as here, document service fudgery. I am also cognizant of the false and contemptuous things you say about me in your memorandum, which, by the way, are noticeably unsupported by any declaration from you, even a perjured one.
